We ship trading cards and related products to customers in the UK, Europe, and selected international destinations. This page explains how international delivery works and what to expect at customs.

Rates shown are starting prices for standard services. Final shipping cost depends on destination, weight, and carrier availability and is confirmed at checkout. For very large or heavy international orders, we may contact you with an adjusted shipping quote before dispatch.
Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)
Most international orders are shipped on Delivery Duty Unpaid terms. This means any import duties, taxes, or customs charges assessed by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price paid at checkout.
Your local courier or customs authority may contact you before delivery to collect these charges. Orders cannot be released until any required fees are paid.
Delivery times
International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. As a guide, EU orders typically arrive within 5–10 working days after dispatch, and rest-of-world orders within 7–21 working days. Customs processing can add delay beyond these estimates.
European Union destinations
Our EU shipping zone currently includes the following countries and territories:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia.
Shipping restrictions
Some products or destinations may be restricted by publisher licensing, carrier rules, or local import regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your country, it will not be available for checkout or we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
- Orders may be cancelled if shipping to a sanctioned or restricted territory.
- Aerosols, flammable items, and certain oversized products may not be available for international post.
- If you need delivery to an address outside our supported zones, contact us before ordering.
Undelivered or returned shipments
If a parcel is refused, returned by the carrier, held by customs, or cannot be delivered, we will contact you using the details on your order. Additional shipping charges may apply to re-send an order.
