Dispatch

We aim to dispatch in-stock items quickly. Same-day dispatch is available Mon–Fri (excluding UK bank holidays) when you choose Express Shipping and place your order before 2pm. Orders after 2pm, at weekends, on bank holidays, or with Standard Shipping are usually dispatched on the next working day.

During busy release periods or sales, dispatch may take slightly longer. If your order is delayed, we will email you with an update.

Tracking & delivery

When your order ships, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Tracking details are included where the carrier provides them.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be responsible for failed delivery or additional re-delivery costs, except where the issue is caused by us or the carrier.

Packaging

Singles are packed in protective sleeves and rigid mailers where appropriate. Sealed products and larger orders are boxed to reduce damage in transit.
