Dispatch

We aim to dispatch in-stock items quickly. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

During busy release periods or sales, dispatch may take slightly longer. If your order is delayed, we will email you with an update.

Tracking & delivery

When your order ships, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Tracking details are included where the carrier provides them.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Packaging

Singles are packed in protective sleeves and rigid mailers where appropriate. Sealed products and larger orders are boxed to reduce damage in transit.
