Statutory Right to Cancel

  1. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  2. WheelyNerdy extends this cancellation period to 30 calendar days from the date you receive your goods.

  3. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email at info@wheelynerdy.co.uk, quoting your order number.

Conditions for Returns

  1. All goods must be returned in their original condition.

     

    • Trading cards must be returned unsleeved, in the same condition as supplied, and within the clear protective sleeve provided at delivery.

    • Sealed products (including but not limited to booster packs and booster boxes) must remain unopened. Opened products are not eligible for return.

    • Merchandise supplied on a made-to-order basis (fulfilled via Printful) may only be returned where defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

     

  2. Items must be accompanied by any original packaging where applicable.

  3. Goods not meeting these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Exclusions

The following items are excluded from the right to cancel and are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Opened booster packs or booster boxes

  • Made-to-order merchandise (except where defective or incorrectly supplied)

  • Any goods not returned in their original condition

Return Costs

  1. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage, except in cases where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, in which case WheelyNerdy will bear the reasonable return costs.

  2. Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked delivery method. WheelyNerdy is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of returned goods.

  2. At the customer’s request, refunds may alternatively be issued as store credit or gift card.

  3. Exchanges will only be offered where replacement stock is available; otherwise, a refund will be provided.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

  1. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a full refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

  2. Customers must notify WheelyNerdy of faulty or incorrect goods within 30 days of receipt by contacting info@wheelynerdy.co.uk.

  3. In such cases, WheelyNerdy will cover the cost of return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

Returns Procedure

  1. Contact WheelyNerdy by email at info@wheelynerdy.co.uk stating your order number, the item(s) for return, and the reason.

  2. You will be provided with return instructions.

  3. Return the goods to:

  4. Upon receipt, goods will be inspected and a refund or exchange processed accordingly.
