WheelyNerdy currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Orders placed for delivery outside of the United Kingdom will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders are dispatched using recognised courier services, including but not limited to Royal Mail, EVRi, DPD, and Yodel.

The choice of carrier is at WheelyNerdy’s discretion. Customers may not request a specific carrier.
Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charges are applied at checkout.

Free standard delivery is available for orders with a total value of £40 or more after discounts and before shipping charges.

Where applicable, expedited delivery options may be offered at additional cost.
Dispatch and Delivery Times

Orders are normally dispatched within a reasonable time frame following confirmation of payment.

Delivery Completion

Delivery is deemed complete once the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Failed or Refused Delivery

In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to WheelyNerdy.

The customer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs incurred.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued less the original delivery costs.
